Arms Crestra, the advertising entity run by former Hakuhodo Percept hands Debashis Bose and Sangeeta Sen, has been assigned the duties for communicating the HR initiatives across Bharti Telesoft. The telecom software major is embarking on a HR-initiated employee branding for the first time. There would be no external advertising as it involves engaging a target audience of specialised B2B customers through a 360-degree initiative.
Debashis Bose, MD & CEO, Arms Crestra, explained, “Attracting the best talent and keeping them motivated is the top priority of CEOs today, and especially critical for companies that are at the heart of the knowledge economy like Bharti Telesoft. We are delighted to be a part of this process and are confident that our brand communication skills would add further dimension.”
Bose further said, “The account size cannot be disclosed right now, but there will be significant resources deployed from next year.”
Commenting on the activities and initiatives that would be undertaken, he said, “There will be internal brand building aimed at employees and prospective employees. We will be doing ads, audio-visuals, collaterals, DMS, forums, events, posters, e-mailers, and branding of correspondence.”
