Airtel Payments Bank topped the BARC’s Top 10 Brands Across Genres for week 9 (February 25- March 3) of 2017’s viewership and ad insertions with 10,673 insertions.
Close Up Ever Fresh, Lalitha Jewellery and Surf Excel Easy Wash climbed up to second, fourth and eighth spots with 8430, 7207 and 6946 insertions respectively.
Bharatiya Janata Party, after leading the chart for the past few weeks, slipped to third spot with 7920 insertions.
Colgate Dental Cream is the other brand which moved down, it was at seventh position, putting in 7105 insertions.
Goodknight Active Plus, Pears and Dr Ortho Oil and Capsule entered the list at sixth, ninth and tenth spots with 7142, 6191 and 5991 insertions respectively.
Dominos Mobile App retained its fifth rank with 7160 insertions.
In the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG firm Hindustan Lever, Reckitt Benckiser India and Patanjali Ayurved retained their top spots with 1, 25, 370; 27,707 and 26, 007 insertions respectively.
Super Cassettes Industries, Brooke Bond Lipton India and Colgate Palmolive India moved to fourth, fifth and sixth spots with 22,196; 21, 265 and 18,694 insertions respectively.
Cadburys India and Procter & Gamble slipped to eighth and ninth spots with 17,855 and 17,308 insertions respectively.
ITC Ltd and Coca Cola India Ltd entered the list at seventh and tenth spots with 18,221 and 16, 650 insertions, respectively.
