Abhijit Pradhan-led Superstar Business Solutions in strategic pact with Rediffusion Y&R

Superstar Business Solutions, which was set up by Abhijit Pradhan recently, is partnering with Rediffusion Y&R on its group wide change management initiative. Pradhan, former Director - Sales and Marketing, Mid-Day Multimedia, had started this venture with 16 years of experience in media, marketing and advertising with leading brands, including Contract, Times Group, Sony and Fosters.

Superstar Business Solutions offers business enabling interventions that help organisations achieve their short and middle term goals and simultaneously develops individual performers as well.

Commenting on the initiative, Abhijit Pradhan, Chief Explorer, Superstar Business Solutions said, “Rediffusion as an agency has been taking landmark steps in the market today, and with Mahesh Chauhan taking charge as Group CEO, is committed to an aligned vision across the group. Superstar as an objective external partner would help the management align this vision to make it a working reality. This would be done by exploring new management interventions like Executive Coaching to support high performers and potential leaders, which Superstar specialises in. The engagement would be for a period of six months.”

Mahesh Chauhan, Group CEO, Rediffusion Y&R, added, “We found a meeting of passion and minds with Superstar and decided to partner with them in this crucial juncture in Rediffusion’s journey.”
