7UP Nimbooz Masala Soda's new TVC ushers in summer fun with 'Phillauri' Anushka Sharma

With summer around the corner, 7UP Nimbooz Masala Soda’s fresh new ad film is here to add some much-needed zest to scorching summer days. Featuring its brand ambassador Anushka Sharma, the TVC is a fast-paced film that brings the sensorials of the beverage alive in your mouth on a hot summer day.

The film celebrates the refreshing and authentic Indian taste of this unique ‘chatpataka’ carbonated beverage made with real lemon juice and masala. In the ad, Anushka sports a brand-new fashion style that expresses the colour and flavour of Nimbooz Masala Soda; her amusing antics to the spirited music track capture the essence of the lemon beverage. This season is also special for the brand with it entering an exclusive marketing tie-up with Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh’s Bollywood movie, Phillauri, releasing March 24.

The new TVC with Anushka emboldens the brand proposition of refreshing even the dullest moments’ ‘asli nimboo aur masala maar ke!’ We have taken strong reference elements, which reflect the product attributes, from the colours, to music, to the fun elements in the film, and amusing antics of Anushka on the ‘Chatpataka’ music track. We are confident that the new TVC and marketing tie-up with the film Phillauri will fortify our brand presence in the market.”

Sharma, Brand Ambassador, Nimbooz Masala Soda, says, “The upcoming TVC of Nimbooz Masala Soda resonates with my personality; it is fun and full of flavours. My look in the TVC is themed to suit the drink and the new campaign by incorporating the citrus twist in every way. I loved shooting with this team and it is evident in the TVC how much fun we had during the shoot.”

The TVC has also been launched digitally and was released on February 25.
