O&M’s Google Reunion was shortlisted in the subcategory of Brand Voice (including strategic storytelling). Message Barter, a campaign for Akanksha Foundation was shortlisted in the Influencers Communications subcategory. The Seatbelt Crew for Channel V/ STAR TV was shortlisted in Corporate Responsibility subcategory.

Google Reunion video went viral in a matter of moments. The agency wanted to highlight Google’s many magical uses. Telling the story of two friends separated by the tragedy of India-Pakistan partition and their subsequent reunion where Google played a major role sparked off many conversations and the feeling of harmony in the two countries and received global recognition.

Akanksha, an NGO, needed teachers but didn’t have funds for advertising. Akanksha’s kids conducted activities to spread promotional messages for top celebrities at prominent public places. They then sent a video of these activities to the respective celebrities, asking them to spread a message for Akanksha in return. The celebrities tweeted about Akanksha’s need for teachers and the barter was complete. 18 million people were reached vial this initiative at no cost. This campaign was also shortlisted in the Promo & Activation category.

To prevent reckless accidents on the road, The Seatbelt Crew for Channel V was a campaign done with the help of Indian transgenders who delivered the message of safety to motorists the way a flight attendant would in a flight.

Havas Worldwide’s No Child Brides was shortlisted in the Charity & Not For Profit subcategory. Earlier, it was also shortlisted in the Promo & Activation category. The campaign was done for Child Survival India to raise awareness on child marriages in India. The campaign used white bindi to oppose child marriage. As part of the campaign, every time a white bindi was purchased, one was added to an art composition of a young girl.
