21n78e Creative Labs wins creative and media mandate for Metropolis Healthcare

Metropolis Healthcare has appointed 21n78e Creative Labs as its Agency on Record following a multi-agency pitch.

Metropolis Healthcare, which delivers over 30 million tests a year, caters to more than 20,000 medical Laboratories, Hospitals, Nursing homes and 2,00,000 Consultants; is looking at expanding its presence aggressively over the next few years. The mandate for 21N78E includes conceptualizing touch-point agnostic campaigns and media across multiple markets. Beyond an extensive Pan-India network, Metropolis Healthcare has a good presence in South Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Commenting on the win, Sudhir Nair, Founder & CEO, 21N78E said “It was an interesting challenge for us and a good win to begin this year. With our digital first integrated approach, we aimed at having conversations with consumers as and when it matters. Today, passive way of communicating is rapidly becoming obsolete. Consumers expect convergence at all levels. Wearables are having a huge impact in this sector.  So it will be some exciting work that will come out.”

21N78E was founded in August 2015 and is a full-service advertising agency. It is also developing its own products that will cater to multiple consumer segments and geographies.


Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
