The 11th edition of Portfolio Night, hosted by JWT in Mumbai, was a night to be remembered. While the enthusiasm of the creative gurus to see fresh talent was eminent, students were filled with anxiety, nervousness and enthusiasm.
The event was held in an advertising agency (JWT’s very own office) for the first time and was rolled out with remarkable efficiency.
In conversation with exchange4media, Colvyn J Harris, CEO, JWT South Asia expressed that the format is indeed a boon for aspiring advertising students for they get to learn not from their peers and family but from the honchos of the industry themselves.
Harris further added that the event gave students an opportunity to not only exhibit their work, but also get guidance on how they can grow in the right direction.
