 Group K Media launches operations in Delhi

Group K Media, an INS member agency, has started its Delhi operations. Group K is a flagship brand of KK PR & Advertisers that handles all media related projects.

With a wide range of offering in the field of Print, TV, Radio, Digital, OOH and BTL activities, Group K will soon start operations in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore to take forward its expansion plan.

Headquartered in Ludhiana, KK PR and Advertisers is over a decade old and has established its presence in entire the Punjab and Haryana market with offices in Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kanpur and now in Delhi.

Their clients include Hero Cycles Avon, Sony India, PC Jewellers, Duke, Neva, Leeford, Spykar Jeans, Madame, Bharti Wallmart, Ralco Tyres , Fenfuro , Network 18 Publishing, India Yamaha , Vardhman Textiles, Glocal University , Kartar Combines, SK Bikes and Imperial Golf estate.

Group K has appointed Kunwar Javed Akhtar as Vice President and Unnikrishnan Nair as Business Development Head.

Akhtar has more than 17 years of experience in advertising. His last association was with Zenithoptimedia as Vice President. In the past, he was associated with Maxus, Group M, Indian Express, The Hindu and Amar Ujala. He has worked on various advertising categories such as, Auto, FMCG, Consumer Durable. He has worked with brands like, Nokia, Samsung India Hyundai, Nestle, Richmonte, Aircel, LVMH , Tag Heuer, Dior Watches etc to name a few.

Unni has an experience of more than 18 years, and his last stint was with Zenith Optimedia as Business Director. He has also worked for various media brands like HT, Fever104, Indian, Express, Amar Ujala and The Times of India.

Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Sharma, MD, KK PR & Media said, “There are ample opportunities in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore for media agencies. Most of the agencies working in these territories are just using their global clout to work on brands but actually they don’t understand the actual need of brands. Whereas, Group K believes in making and sustaining the brand, its brand value and good relations.
