Wynncom Mobiles scouts for creative agency, again

Wynn Telecom, which had announced its foray into the mobile handset business in India under the brand name ‘Wynncom’ in the beginning of 2010, has called for a creative pitch, according to senior sources in the industry.

Both Wynn Telecom and Denstu were reportedly not happy with the working terms and that is the prime reason behind the mobile handset brand silently fishing for a new creative agency.

This is the second time in the last six months that the mobile brand is on the lookout for a creative agency. The company had earlier assigned its creative duties to Dentsu Creative Impact in April 2010, while Karishma Initiative and Alliance Advertising came on company’s roster as media agencies.

Wynncom Mobiles, along with Dentsu, made its first attempt to reach the target audience through a TVC launched in the month of July that featured Saif Ali Khan and Bipasha Basu.
