Vizeum India bags Credila Financial Services, an HDFC Limited Venture

Vizeum, belonging to Aegis Media Group, has bagged Credila Financial Services, an HDFC Limited Venture. Credila is a leader in the education loan segment and exclusively focused on this area.The company has aggressive growth plans and intends to spend over Rs 10 crore in advertising and brand building.

Confirming the development, Prashant A Bhonsle, Country Head, Credila said, “We were thoroughly impressed with the people we dealt with form Vizeum. In our assessment, they have the right hunger, passion, knowledge, experience and ability to make a difference to our brand. They are proactive in their approach. They offer fresh thinking and their senior management is very involved in our business. Considering these, we concluded we couldn’t have had a better partner to work with. We wish them all the very best.”

Commenting on the win, Ashish Bhasin, Chairman India and CEO South East Asia, Aegis Media, said “This is great news. I take this opportunity to welcome Credila into the Aegis Media family. The business will be handled out of Mumbai Office. Vizeum being a boundary less organization, Credila will also receive contributions from the entire Team India of Vizeum, in addition to contributions from specialized solution groups, Isobar (digital) and Posterscope (OOH).

Yesudas further stated, “We offer a very fresh thinking to clients who are interested in moving the focus from theoretical GRPs based on mathematical algorithms loaded on computer hard drives to radical communication solutions to marketing issues with accountability.”

Over 40,000 students and parents have applied to Credila and the company has already funded students studying at various institutes such as University of Oxford, Columbia University, Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon, Purdue University, Bangalore Management Academy among others.
