Ventures Advertising has been assigned the complete advertising mandate for the Shipping Corporation of India. This includes corporate planning, publishing of unaudited results, designing and production of reports, banners and exhibition stalls. The agency has won the account for a period of four years following a multi-agency pitch held last year.
Confirming the win to exchange4media, Chetan Shah, MD, Ventures Advertising said, “We have the complete mandate to handle SCI’s media and creative requirements. This includes tenders, printing, designing, etc. Usually, such mandates are split among more than one agency. So we are especially proud of the achievement.”
He further informed that the pan-India mandate will be mainly run from the agency’s offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata, though help from their other offices in smaller cities might be taken depending on the mandate requirements and for regional activities. Ventures Advertising was brought on board by SCI this week. No marketing campaigns have been planned so far, but Shah said that they will be open to all available media based on the client’s requirements.
Recently, Ventures Advertising exclusively won the media mandate for the all-India release of Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) first ever Inflation Indexed National Saving Securities - Cumulative (IINSS-C), an advertising campaign pegged at Rs 5 crore.
Its exhibition division has handled the design, execution and maintenance of exhibition stalls for Goa Tourism, Godrej Tooling, Godrej Interio, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Princeware, and Nuclear Power Corporation of India. Apart from this, it also handles the creative and media duties of Shamrao Vithal Co-Operative Bank and Casino Royale.
