TBWA assigned creative duties of Assetz Homes, Bangalore

Assetz Homes, the residential development arm of Assetz Property Group, has appointed TBWA its creative services partner. The agency has been awarded this mandate following a multi-agency pitch and will work on both the Assetz Homes master brand and individual project brands. The business has been won by TBWA\ Bangalore.

Commenting on the appointment in an official communiqué, Sanjay Mishra, Director – Sales and Marketing, Assetz Homes, said, “Assetz Homes has been conceived to offer very high quality contemporary living space options. Our endeavour is to create a strong, reputed brand that matches the inherently superior value proposition of the products we offer to the discerning residential buyer. To enable this objective, we sought to appoint an agency that can provide effective creative solutions. We believe TBWA is well-poised to support in the achievement of our strategic marketing objectives.”

Speaking on the win, Nirmalya Sen, Managing Director, TBWA\India, commented, “There are few categories as steeped in communication conventions as the real estate category. To be able to ‘Disrupt’ them is a challenge we are looking forward to.”
