State Bank of Patiala scouts for advertising partners

State Bank of Patiala has invited applications for the empanelment of ad agencies for undertaking the Bank’s publicity and promotion related activities. The empanelled agencies would be entrusted with consultancy services, creative work, production and the release of advertisements across all media platforms.

To be eligible for empanelment, the agencies need to be in the same business for the last five years, with experience in publicity and advertising for corporates or companies. Agencies that have worked with public sector units or public sector banks would be preferred for empanelment.

The agencies should have sufficient exposure to activities such as outdoor publicity, event management, consultancy, public relations and organising trade fairs, etc. The agencies should also have continuous, valid and current accreditation of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS), Doordarshan and AIR.

Agencies should have sound financial records and their turnover as per the last two audited balance sheets should be at least Rs 5 crore, out of which, a minimum of Rs 50 lakh should pertain to public sector units and public sector banks.

Agencies need to have full-fledged registered offices at Patiala or Chandigarh with sufficient workforce, plant and machinery, equipment and so on to ensure timely completion of the work undertaken in a satisfactory manner.

Further, agencies with headquarters elsewhere, but having offices at Patiala or Chandigarh would also be considered. Relevant details will have to be submitted along with the application.

Interested agencies need to submit the duly completed applications in a sealed envelope super scribed ‘Application for Empanelment of Advertising Agency’ to the office of Chief Manager (Public Relations), State Bank of Patiala, Public Relations Department, Head Office, The Mall, Patiala – 147001, latest by 3 pm on July 21, 2010. The applications will be opened the same day at 4 pm. Short listed agencies will be required to make a presentation detailing the agency profile and their promotional plan for State Bank of Patiala on a later date.
