Span adds Northern Railway & Bank of Maharashtra biz to its kitty

In a recent winning spree, Span Communications has added several new businesses to its kitty, which includes Northern Railway and Bank of Maharashtra. The agency has been assigned the creative and media duties of Northern Railway and Bank of Maharashtra.

The multi-agency pitch took place in Pune for Bank of Maharashtra and in Delhi for Northern Railway. The cumulative account size for the two businesses is pegged at more than Rs 50 crore.

Commenting on the new wins, Naresh Khetrapal, CEO, Span Communications said, “The accounts were won on the basis of strong strategic approach and clutter-breaking creative works that we presented to the clients. We are very excited to have won these accounts. Though both the clients have retained most of their previously empanelled agencies, we are one of the very few new ones to join the roster, which goes to show the faith these clients have bestowed on us.”

For the record, Span Communications is working for a number of banks such as State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, and Punjab and Sind Bank, to name a few. Other clients in the agency’s portfolio include Incredible India (Global), Delhi Government, ESIC, RBI, Rajasthan Tourism, Sterling Developers, Population Services International, and so on.

Meanwhile, Span Digital, the digital wing of Span Communications, recently won the digital media pitch for MyInsuranceClub.com.
