South East Central Railway scouts for ad agencies

The South East Central Railway (SECR) has invited advertising agencies for a one-year empanelment. According to sources, the duration of empanelment could be extended for a further period of another year

Eligibility criteria demands the applicant agencies to be fully accredited to INS (Indian Newspaper Society) and should have a minimum of three years experience in press advertising work of any central or state government organisations or PSUs.

Initially, agencies need to send sample designs of advertisements in Hindi, English and Marathi on different subjects such as - Role and importance of SECR in the national perspective and cleanliness in trains and station premises.

The chosen agencies will be responsible to produce creative artworks, publication of advertisements, which can be extended to the production of documentaries and other important tools for image building.

Preference will be given to the agencies having railway experience. Also, the agencies having a full-fledged office at Bilaspur, Raipur and Nagpur will be given preference treating it as an added qualification. Agencies are also expected to have experience in audio-visual production.
