Sagittarius Communications bags Power 107.8 FM & Aakash Aath biz

Sagittarius Communications has been assigned the public relations mandates for Power 107.8 FM and Aakash Aath.

Sagittarius Communications will be responsible for formulating and executing all corporate communications activities for both the organisations. The work will include planning, content creation and media management for sustainable brand equity.

Power FM, the recently revamped youth radio station, has officially shed off its ‘Hinglish’ garb to tune in to the power of Swadeshi. Aakash Aath, previously known as Aakash Bangla, has relaunched itself as a general entertainment channel, which will also telecast new bulletins.

Commenting on the win, Shiladitya Chaudhury, Director, Sagittarius Communications said, “The team is upbeat to work with these two popular brands. We’ve developed unique and interesting strategy that will help in creating the desired perception for both the brands.”

“We were on the search for a PR agency that could support our communication requirements since we wanted to create a new identity for our channel. After evaluating the presentations given by various agencies, we decided on Sagittarius as we were in sync with the overall idea shared by the team and with their proven track record we are expecting some wonderful results,” said Sonia Chowdhury, Station Head, Power 107.8 FM.

Eshita Surana, Director, Aakash Aath added here, “The team won us over with their incredibly detailed and insightful findings of the industry and the PR roadmap which they shared with us. We are excited to work with them to increase Aakash Aath’s brand awareness across West Bengal.”
