Saatchi & Saatchi recently expanded its bouquet of clients in Delhi, bagging the Wave Infratech business following a multi-agency pitch that was called in April 2011. The agency will be handling the ATL and BTL activities for all the residential and commercial projects of the group.
The primary objective of the pitch brief was to create and strategise the brand architecture for Wave Infratech, which included defining and developing a character/ identity for the brand. It also included defining of the SOPs for marketing and providing marketing strategy support for all Wave Infratech projects.
On the reason for choosing Saatchi & Saatchi, Manpreet Singh Chadha, Director, Wave Inc, said, “The management has a vision for the company and the ad agency had to be in sync with this vision in order to produce the desired results. After series of meetings and internal reviews, Saatchi & Saatchi were found closest in identifying and understanding our needs and vision for the future and how we would like to place ourselves.”

With initial investments of over Rs 4,500 crore in commercial, residential and retail real estate, Wave Infratech plans to set footprints in cities, including Kanpur, Agra, Jaipur, Meerut, Bareilly, Jammu and Amritsar with focus on customer-safety, customer-friendly, environment friendly designs and organised growth.
