Paranjape Schemes assigns creative mandate to Quadrant

Following a multi-agency pitch, Quadrant Communications Ltd has bagged the creative duties of Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. Paranjape had worked with Quadrant some two years back in Pune and that account win was also the result of a pitch call.

Paranjape Schemes is now re-entering the Mumbai market and has selected Quadrant as the creative agency for Mumbai region.

On winning the new business, Rajan Narayan, President & CEO, Quadrant Communications Ltd, said, “We had worked with Paranjape some two years back to launch their project in Pune. The client really liked our work and approach. When they decided to relaunch here in Mumbai, they again called for a pitch and were quite impressed with our approach this time as well. I am thrilled with the win and looking forward to working with them all over again.”

Commenting on the development, Hemant Chhatre, Deputy General Manager, Media and Communications, Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd, said, “This is specifically a Mumbai-based business. We had already worked with Quadrant earlier in Pune and were quite satisfied with their work. Hence, we are happy to work with them again.”

Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd is a leading real estate developer in Pune. The company has in the past developed large parts of the Mumbai suburbs, especially Andheri and Vile Parle.
