Medela AG appoints Vizeum India as media AOR

Vizeum from the Aegis Media Group just announced their appointment as the media AOR for Medela AG.

Confirming the decision to appoint Vizeum as the media AOR, Amit Raj Gogia, Country Manager-India, Medela Inc, said, “The Team’s knowledge about the media environment and the ability and passion exhibited by them made us choose Vizeum as our media partners. We are optimistic that Vizeum will be able to add value to our communication investment resources.”

Commenting on the win, S Yesudas, Managing Director – Indian Subcontinent,
Vizeum, said, “We are extremely delighted at the opportunity to serve and build this global brand from a very early stage of its life in this country. I thank the client management for placing their faith on us. This will be handled out of our Delhi office under the leadership of Harit Pant.”

Medela was founded in 1961 in Switzerland, manufacturing technologically advanced products targeted at breast feeding mothers and various other Medical Vacuum Solutions. In 50 years, the company has developed from a small family owned business to a global player. The company manufactures its key products in Switzerland and the US and has further subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia and employs over 1,000 people worldwide. It’s all set to establish its base in India.

Vizeum operates in 50 countries with a philosophy of in-depth understanding of the co existence of lives, brands and media in the actual world, through its process – motivation to media.
