Indian Railways empanels 6 agencies for creative duties

Indian Railways’ search to empanel creative agencies has ended as six new names have come on board to handle the creative duties, according to senior sources in the industry.

According to the sources, Ogilvy & Mather, Triton Communications, Crayons, Mudra, Interpub and Pressman are the six agencies that have been officially contracted for a period of two years.

The agencies are expected to build the identity of the Indian Railways in the most effective way and the work should be able to connect it with the people of India.

It may be recalled that O&M had helped the Indian Railways to come out with a large-scale corporate campaign, which was scheduled for release on the opening day of the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2010.
