Goldmine walks away with Durian Furniture biz

Durian Furniture has assigned its advertising duties to Goldmine Advertising. This was confirmed by Rahul Sarkar, COO, Goldmine Advertising, who said, “We started mining in Durian since September 2011 and finally struck gold in January 2012. It was a pure team effort and we bagged the account on the basis of our creative forte.”

The size of the account could not be ascertained at the time of filing this report. A complete blend of media-mix shall be implemented. The primary spend will be on print, though the company might go for television spends later in 2012.

On choosing Goldmine, Shilpi Dokania, Director, Durian Industries Ltd, said, “For an agency, it’s important to portray the brand philosophy and strategic touch points that assures the brand’s growth.
