Following a multi-agency pitch, Fortis Hospitals has decided to retain incumbent Grey India for its creative business.
It is learnt that there were a few leading agencies involved in the pitch, which was called in April 2011. After two months, the client decided to stay with its incumbent agency. The business is handled out of Bangalore.
The client refrained from divulging any details on the development despite repeated attempts. However, sources close to the development have confirmed the win by Grey.
Fortis as a group is divided into Fortis Healthcare and Fortis Hospitals. While the Fortis Hospitals business will be handled by Grey, the healthcare part of the business, which includes the corporate brand, is handled by Crayons Advertising.
