Everest Brand Solutions has added the creative duties of five-star hotel JW Marriott to its kitty. For now, Everest will begin work with the Mumbai property and be responsible for the promotion that will take place both locally and internationally.
While the win was not preceded by a multi-agency pitch, industry sources informed that JW Marriott was pleased with Everest’s pitch. In a conversation with exchange4media, Dhunji Wadia President, Everest Brand Solutions added, “We are delighted to partner with JW Marriott. We received an interesting briefing from them and they liked what we presented.”
Everest’s Mumbai office will handle the business. The annual advertising spends for JW Marriott is pegged at Rs 7-8 crore.
JW Marriott has recently refurbished various aspects of the hotel and part of its mandate Everest would not only position the hotel in a fresh manner but also look at events and hotel outlets including its restaurants to promote the hotel.
