Dentsu Creative Impact bags job portal Shine’s business

Shine, the online job portal from HT Media, has awarded its creative duties to Dentsu Creative Impact. The online job portal confirmed the news to exchange4media. The win comes on back of a multi-agency pitch that took place in Delhi. However, the size of the account could not be ascertained at the time of filing the report. The incumbent agency for Shine is Lowe Lintas and Partners.

Dentsu Creative Impact has also designed a new campaign for Shine, titled ‘Yaar Tu God Hai’. The campaign showcases how the power of a personal network can help one with their next job search. The core proposition of a friend can now help you get your next job is articulated with a simple idea. It is a multi-media campaign comprising TV, print, digital and unconventional media.

Earlier this year, Shine had announced its partnership with social recruitment platform MyParichay, making Shine the first Indian job portal to integrate recruitment services through Facebook. A completely revamped website was unveiled with the launch of the new integrated recruitment solution and the new campaign.

For the record, Shine is the second largest job portal with over 1.2 crore candidate database and over 200,000 job openings.
