BEL assigns creative duties to Concept Comm

Concept Communication Ltd, Bangalore has won the creative mandate for Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL). The winning agency’s brief includes handling national creative duties, besides other promotional campaigns for BEL. The win comes on the back of a rigorous multi-agency pitch that was initiated at the end of the second quarter of 2011.

Commenting on the win, Suneet John, Head, Concept Communication, Bangalore, said, “This is a great win for the group as BEL is one of India’s leading PSUs with a Navratna status. The creative mandate was won on fresh thinking brought by the agency.”

Headquartered in Bangalore, BEL, which is owned by the Government of India, primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces.
