Agri Gold Food and Farm Products Ltd. (Agri Gold), a subsidiary of Agri Gold Group of companies, has appointed Vertebrand as their strategic brand partner and advisors. As brand advisors, Vertebrand assessed the market, identified the gap and created a scientific and holistic business and brand strategy for Agri Gold.
The project involved a detailed assessment of the various brands, current strengths and coming up with a strategy of exploring the unoccupied positioning in the minds of the consumer. Using its proprietary process, Vintellity TM, Vertebrand has created a business roadmap for the future. With acceptance of the strategy for Agri Gold, the project has now gone to the next phase.

Vertebrand will be partnering with the top management of Agri Gold to roll out the strategies envisaged in the targeted states. The company sells its products in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, parts of North India like UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttaranchal and Delhi and has identified to enter categories like Atta, Edible Oils and Salt.

We have engaged Vertebrand Management Consultants to advise us in what we need to do to be seen as one of the top brands. The first phase is over and I am confident that we have a scientific and holistic strategy in place. Vertebrand has several patented products under its umbrella that are used to service their clients. For this particular initiative they will use their proprietary opportunity assessment tool, V-Scan along with their scientifically engineered process called Vintellity. This will help collate the necessary information for a SWOT analysis followed by establishing a strategic marketing roadmap
