ZenithOptimedia India has been appointed as the media AOR for OLX, the leader in free classifieds worldwide. The business is valued in the range of Rs 10-12 crore. It is learnt that there were two other agencies competing for the business. The pitch was called in the month of April and account was rested with ZO early this month.
Confirming ZenithOptimedia’s appointment, Amarjit Singh, Country Manager, OLX, said, “We are extremely happy to work with ZenithOptimedia in India.
They have demonstrated great ROI to OLX through planning tools and buying clout in the market. With their help we aim to reach our benchmarks in India.”
It may be recalled that OLX had also appointed Saatchi & Saatchi as its creative AOR in the month of May. The creative business is also in the range of Rs 10-12 crore.
