AETN-18 (joint venture between A & E Networks and TV 8) has awarded the creative duties of the soon-to-be-launched History channel in India to McCann Erickson following a multi-agency pitch. McCann Erickson will work on the launch communication strategy for History channel in India.

World over, History has redefined the factual entertainment genre through its content, showcasing a heady mix of nail biting drama, panoramic visuals and captivating stories. The channel is being launched in India as part of a joint-venture with between TV18 and A&E Networks.
