Ashok Namboodiri has joined Schwarzkopf, the cosmetic division of Henkel India, as Country Head. Prior to his new assignment, he was Area Operations Director, Coca Cola India.

Speaking about his new assignment, Namboodiri said, “The high-end, premium professional salon business is growing phenomenally of late, registering more than 50 per cent growth.”

“With a whole lot of international companies set to throw their hat into the ring, this business is expected to grow exponentially in the coming days. It is a highly challenging industry and my job profile would involve setting up the organisation and the business.
