management strategy for Gandhi
Fellowship increasing the
calibre and size of the target
audience.
Preferred

Post-graduate education
in marketing, advertising
or communication

5-10 years experience in
brand management or marketing
preferably to youth

Demonstrated ability and
experience in mentoring
and leading team members

Confidence in communicating
and ability to dialogue
on complex issues

Skilled in interacting and
developing relationships
with a wide range of stakeholders

Self-starter with very flexible
and self-disciplined approach
to work

Willingness to live in Delhi
and travel out of station
when necessary
