Job Profile/Description

Over the last 30 years CRY has reached out to more than 20 lakh children. We need you and your skills in our communications team to create awareness and mobilize people's opinion and reach out to lakhs of more children.

Your Role:

As a person in this position, you will be managing one of India's best-known non-profit brands. You will be responsible in ensuring that the CRY brand and its communication is aligned to CRY's vision, mission and values at all times. Your responsibility will entail contributing towards the communication's strategy of the CRY brand as well as its positioning. Ensuring the team and the function's operations - national and regional - meet the communication guidelines and that the brand is consistent in its messaging with the external stakeholders. You will prime-move the facilitation of processes, systems and guidelines within the team and with other functions at CRY to help in efficient & effective outcomes. In addition, you will aid in maximizing the CRY brand's reach by using all the communication tools and media available such as planning/ buying/ research amongst others. Managing partnerships - external and internal - to give their best to CRY by meeting the set objectives in terms of quality & timelines. Formulating the budgets and monitoring the same is a critical factor of this responsibility.

Qualifications

You must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing/ Brand Communications or Humanities/ Cultural Studies

Experience

8 to 10 years experience in a brand communications role in a mid-sized, multi-location organization.
