Woodland launched first digital magazine 'Explore More' in outdoor adventure space

Woodland, the global outdoor and adventure gear brand, has launched a global app – an interactive digital outdoor magazine “Woodland Explore More” to succor outdoor adventurists and voyagers across the world and aid them with more information for their explorations.

A quarterly magazine, “Woodland Explore More”, is available on both iOS and Android platforms for a truly universal appeal and will soon be published in print version as well. Users will have offline access to all content; all they have to do is download it on their iPads or any other tablets from the relevant App Store.

The magazine will enable users to swipe through breathtaking images, watch videos along with exclusive insights, stories from explorers and in-depth interviews from professional outdoor athletes. It also features product highlights and outdoor gadgets, background information and tips from Woodland adventure experts and athletes and much more.

The app uses exclusive videos and interactive content to deeply explore the lifestyles and interests of adventurers worldwide. The content will promote seasoned adventure activities like rock climbing, ice marathon, mountain biking, swimming, kayaking, rippling, skiing, skydiving, fishing, bouldering and more.

“Woodland Explore More will prove to be a real treat for adventure lovers. The idea is to open the world of adrenalin pumping sporting activities for today’s generation and let them experience the fun side of travel. This first digital magazine in India on outdoor adventure space, gives us the chance to reach out to a highly engaged audience in a more powerful way. With our magazine users will experience the fascinating stories of mountaineers, climbers, kayakers, paraglide pilots and base-jumpers going ‘all in’ digital form with plenty of exciting extras," Mr. Harkirat Singh, MD Woodland, said in a statement.

The Woodland Explore More magazine brings the high quality graphics directly to the consumers’ multi-touch display. Awesome video material and photo galleries, sound effects and other smart solutions allow the reader to enjoy even more intensely when the outdoor ambassadors give everything they have.

In addition, social sharing would provide opportunity for readers to share articles on their social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or through email- further amplifying the reach.
