Digital media has created a huge opportunity for brands and organizations to use social media for business growth. To explore tangible business performance of social media on digital platforms, exchange4media is hosting TO THE NEW Digital Roundtable in Gurgaon today.

The theme of the conference will be ‘Social for Business,’ and the panel will discuss six focus areas to make this a reality—marketing, sales, support and service, product and innovation, collaboration and customer experience.

Industry veteran, Atul Hegde, CEO, Ignitee Digital (a TO THE NEW group company), will be moderating the event.  In a career spanning 17 years, Hegde has had highly successful stints at leading advertising agencies in the country. “The penetration of social media across all demographics of consumers has created a huge opportunity for brands and organisations to use social media for business. The panelists will discuss social media strategies to grow business and strategic areas in which brands can plan to integrate social media in the next six months. The roundtable will focus on aspects such as the use of social media beyond advertising, social KPIs as business KPIs, marketing attribution, technological challenges in adopting social media and social CRM and leveraging social analytics.
