VGC picks up steam in the Bangalore market; bags Madura, Fosters, The Park

Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC), the specialist design and communication agency, is on an upswing in the Bangalore market since its foray here earlier this year. The agency has been having a busy time and has recently bagged the design mandates for Aditya Birla Group’s Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, SAB Miller’s Fosters, Nitesh Estate and The Park Bangalore. VGC’s Bangalore office is headed by Neha Tulsian.

Talking about VGC’s first step in having a presence in South India and the response, Preeti Vyas, Chairwoman and CCO, VGC, said, “We had been looking at having a presence in the South, and this has been a good beginning. Though we started setting shop early in the year, we have started to talk only now as we wanted to have something concrete to show other than just the news of having an office space in Bangalore.”

She added, “We provide the entire ecosystem of design under the VGC umbrella, and for us, more than expanding our geographical presence it’s important to have the right talent that will meet with the standards of our qualitative output. In Bangalore, we believe we are on the right track.”

VGC combines its design expertise along with its association with globally renowned specialists in domains such as structural product design, brand environment, retail space design and online and new media design, among others.

Commenting on their association with VGC, Pranab Barua, CEO, Madura Fashion and Lifestyle, said, “VGC’s reputation for branding services is very strong. Their long term association with our mother brand, Aditya Birla Group, also gave us confidence in their understanding the culture and ethos of the Group. VGC Bangalore has done an impressive job of creating a brand design portfolio of transition of Madura Garments to Madura Fashion and Lifestyle.”

Derek Hugh Jones, Director - Marketing, SabMiller India, said, “In the 18 months that I have spent in this country, I have not come across as many good ideas and fresh thinking as I saw in 30 minutes of their presentation. I wish VGC’s Bangalore operations well in its new journey.”
