Dettol Toilet Soaps and Hindustan Lever lead BARC's Top 10 brands and advertisers @ Week 18

Dettol Toilet Soaps climbed to the top of BARC’S Top 10 Brands Across Genres for Week 18 (April 29–May 5) of 2017’s viewership and ad insertions with 9,865 insertions.

Symphony Air Coolers moved up from the seventh spot to the second spot with 9,305 ad insertions. Airtel Cellular Phone Service entered the list at third spot with 9,220 insertions. Videocon D2H rose to fourth spot from the previously held eighth spot with 8,517 insertions.

Reliance Trends, Aerobok Aqualite, and Dettol Cool Soap entered the list at the sixth, eighth, and ninth spots with 6,943, 6,513, and 6,038 insertions respectively.

Fair & Lovely Advanced Multivitamin and Close Up Ever Fresh dropped to the seventh and tenth spots with 6,740 and 6,016 insertions respectively.

In the Top 10 Advertiser list, Hindustan Lever Ltd, Reckitt Benckiser India, and Brooke Bond Lipton India continued to retain the top three spots with 1,13,882, 56,956, and 19,830 insertions, respectively.

Coca Cola moved up and came up fourth, overtaking Patanjali Ayurved, with 18,185 insertions.

Cadburys moved up to the seventh spot with 16,375 insertions. Patanjali Ayurved slipped down the list and came in at the fifth spot with 17,257 insertions.

Pepsi retained its spot at the eighth place with 15,243 insertions.

Colgate Palmolive India slipped to the tenth spot with 14,145 insertions.
