Aegis Group acquires Communicate 2

Aegis Media has announced the acquisition of Communicate 2, a move that will significantly add to its digital offer in India, making it a strong player in search and performance marketing in India.

The conversation between the two companies had first begun in 2008, and then had taken a backseat as Aegis was stabilising its India operations under the lead of Ashish Bhasin.

Aegis has been on the digital prowl globally too -- very recently the company made acquisition in the US with digital agency Roundarch and Catch Stone in China was announced last month.
