SAB TV, which was launched as part of the View Asia pack on Sky-DTH platform in the UK, is now available Free to Air on both DTH and DTT platform. Digital terrestrial television in the UK is broadcast via the terrestrial television network and receivable with a standard television aerial.
This development will enable SAB TV to offer Indian advertisers a chance to reach even larger audiences. Jenish Shah, AVP International Sales, Primetime International (who have been representing SEN for their international ad-sales in India for over a decade), said, ”The launch of SAB TV on freeview makes its distribution even higher than the current market leader in the South Asian channel space. We are pleased that it will help us to provide better visibility to our advertisers.”

SAB is now also rated on BARB (Broadcaster’s Audience Research Board), which is the official ratings agency for UK television audiences.
